Naples – Moments of tension yesterday morning in via Guglielmo Sanfelice, where the State Police arrested a 43-year-old from Bari, already known to the police, on charges of assault, resisting a public official and aggravated damage.
The officers of the Montecalvario and Decumani Police Stations and the General Prevention Office intervened following a report from the Operations Room regarding a troublesome man.
Upon arrival of police, the subject, in an evident state of agitation, was cursing the medical personnel who were trying to calm him down. At the sight of the officers, the man continued to become enraged, until he started a fight with them before being restrained with difficulty.
From subsequent investigations, it emerged that shortly before the man had damaged the accommodation facility where he was staying. For these reasons, the 43-year-old was arrested and taken to the police station.

Reading the article it seems that the situation was very complicated and not easy for the police. It is incredible how some people can react in such a violent and aggressive way, especially towards those who try to help them.
