The Prosecutor's Office of North Naples has ordered the seizure of assets worth over two million euros against the company General Service.
The emergency precautionary seizure order signed by the prosecutor Giovanni Corona also involved a 23-year-old from Ponticelli with no criminal record and who is being investigated to ascertain any links to criminal circles. The alleged crime is fraud against the State for credits for the South of 2020.
The company headquarters, located in Contrada Abbasso Miranda, also in Ponticelli, was searched by the police.
The company administrator is defended by the lawyer Massimo Viscusi, who is now waiting to be able to access the documents to proceed with the defense in view of the review
