Tourist dies in Positano after feeling unwell on the beach. The woman, a French national, was at the beach when, around 13,30:XNUMX p.m., she felt unwell and lost consciousness.
The people who were on the shore of the large beach alerted the rescue services and in a short time the Red Cross hydroambulance arrived from the sea. The paramedics immediately noted that a cardiac arrest was in progress, and the first life-saving maneuvers were of no avail.
The woman's heart was stopped. The helicopter was called and, flying over the beach, it lifted the woman on board using a winch. Life-saving maneuvers continued until landing at 14.20:XNUMX p.m. at the Ruggi hospital in Salerno.
. Here the woman was taken to the emergency room where attempts to revive her continued by the medical staff on duty, with defibrillator shocks and adrenaline injections. But there was nothing to be done: at 15 pm the woman was declared dead.
