Taking to the stage at the Piccolo Sarnese on Sunday 29 October is the “Gabbiani” theatre company, which brings a show entitled “Gigolò”.
Isabella is an ambitious entrepreneur in the cosmetics sector married to Gennaro, the administrator of her company – Beautiful Isa Spa
A close-knit couple but with a few secrets to hide: Gennaro is having an affair with Tonina, a scatterbrained pastry chef and friend of Isabella who, in turn, is cheating on her husband with a young and awkward gigolo.
Him, her, the other one, the other one and… two more too many! In fact, Cameloide – unlikely secretary of an important businessman with whom Isabella wants to do business – and a differently young and careerist intern are added to the already complicated love quadrangle.
This is the gripping plot of the hilarious comedy by Marco Pilone that the “Gabbiani” company of Baronissi will present at the Piccolo Teatro “Franz Muller” on the occasion of the second edition of the Sarno Teatro Festival directed by Carmine Pagano.
A very careful direction where the rhythms of the comedy are well calibrated by the expert hand of Matteo Salsano who made use of the talent of Felice De Chiara, Fabio Di Gennaro, Alfredo De Simone, Marco Bassi, Angela Pia Della Rocca and Daniela Tisi, a beautiful group of well-matched actors who have deserved several awards for their artistic abilities.
I am happy to host this theatre company, says Carmine Pagano, and I am certain that the audience at the Piccolo will be satisfied with the show and will return to applaud the same company also present on the programme on 3 March with the comedy Porno Subito by Ciro Villano and Ciro Ceruti.
