Yesterday, State Police personnel executed the order for the application of precautionary custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Napoli, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against a 44-year-old Neapolitan, with specific precedents, as he is considered to be seriously suspected of rapina, perpetrated against a womens, which occurred last September 23rd on the Pontecorvo hill.
The operators, also thanks to the viewing of the images from the video surveillance systems present, ascertained that the victim, while she was walking up the Pontecorvo hill, had been robbed by a person who, after having approached on a motorbike scooter, had a precious gold ring and some money handed over to him and then fled in haste.
Following the investigation activities conducted by the agents of the Dante Police Station, serious evidence of guilt was collected on the alleged perpetrator of the crime.
