Yesterday, State Police personnel executed the order for the application of precautionary custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples , at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against a 44-year-old Neapolitan, with specific precedents, as he was considered a serious suspect in the robbery, committed against a woman, which took place on September 23rd in Salita Pontecorvo.

The operators, also thanks to the viewing of the images from the video surveillance systems present, ascertained that the victim, while she was walking along Salita Pontecorvo, had been robbed by a subject who, after having approached on a scooter, had made her hand over a precious gold ring and some money before hastily fleeing.

Following the investigation activities conducted by the agents of the Dante Police Station, serious evidence of guilt was collected on the alleged perpetrator of the crime.
