Arzano. No sending of documents for the approval of the budget forecast: the protest of the city councilors increases, asking for the intervention of the Prefect Michele Di Bari and the Office of Local Authorities.
Meanwhile, in the morning Luca Abete and the Striscia la Notizia program visited the mayor Aruta. The budget, the forecast for the years 2024-2026, is proving to be troubled to say the least, so much so that it has already registered the "delivery" of two formal notices by the Prefect: one to the council (which proceeded to approve the budget draft by the skin of its teeth) and now also to the city councilors who must express their opinion within twenty days of notification.
The first to intervene and denounce the behavior of the administration led by Cinzia Aruta was the councilor of Arzano Viva Salvatore Borreal. "They are trampling on all the rights and prerogatives of the opposition councilors. They no longer know what to invent in order to hinder the important control function carried out by the opposition councilors.
They have reduced a public institution to a normal "commercial shop", with all due respect to operators in the sector to be controlled. The function of inspectorate is seriously compromised. Urgent intervention by the Prefect of Naples and the Minister of the Interior is needed to restore legality".
To report the "anomalous" behavior of the administration also involving the President of the City Council Daniela D'Angelo (in the photo), the Alternativa per Arzano group composed of the Councilors Giuseppe D'Angelo and Luisa Auletta.
“Aside from the document without a date, which would make you think … but do you know how to write a letter? Did you study it in elementary school? “By now the regression is total. This President and this administration, which has “also put on airs” for having created the “digital desk” – they specify –, continues in an attitude of obscurantism and obstructionism towards Arzano Alternativa. The chatter, as always, remains at zero.
Our President is not even capable of sending documents in digital format, which is now the norm in modern public administration. And someone else even says that we are the rib of the majority, that we should sit at the head of the table etc etc ... well ... look at the facts and give yourselves the answer.
We voted for this kind of President, whose real function is not understood, apart from the enrichment of the salary. It was a mistake. We do not hesitate to admit it. Unfortunately, we were deceived by good intentions. Errare humanus est, perseverare diabolicus”.
