Yesterday evening, the Carabinieri carried out checks in the area of Scampia, in Naples.
On Via Piero Gobetti, just meters from the infamous "sails" and the new headquarters of the Federico II University, an illegal structure measuring approximately 3 square meters, likely intended as a votive chapel, was seized. The structure was already equipped with electricity.
In Ciro Esposito Park, the military found 16 doses of cobret, 50 of heroin, 35 of cocaine and 15 of crack. The drugs were hidden in a meter compartment of one of the popular lots and were ready to be sold.
During the checks, three people were reported: an illegal parking attendant, a 22-year-old who had escaped house arrest, and a 32-year-old who was stopped while driving a car stolen in Spain.
