SSC Napoli has officially presented its new jersey and a renewed logo through a spectacular video manifesto published on YouTube. The club stated: “SSC Napoli reveals its new identity with a video manifesto that celebrates the pride of belonging to Naples.
Starting from the revisitation of the logo, with its traditional Napoleonic N rendered in a more minimalist and contemporary version. The essence of the new graphics aims for a cleaner and more elegant design, dominated by monochromatic tones”.
The real novelty, however, is represented by the typography.
For the first time, the club introduces a proprietary font, called “BE NAPOLI”, which perfectly embodies the characteristics of the brand and the city itself. Naples is a multicultural city in continuous evolution, a melting pot of styles and cultures that is reflected in this new unique and dynamic typography, inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Naples.
“The BE NAPOLI typography is a tribute to the city and its vibrant energy”, the club commented. “With elusive lines and bold diagonals, it recalls the dynamic visions of Naples.
The thick, compact characters symbolize the team’s determination and unity, while the sharp angles reflect grit and speed.”
The video manifesto, inspired by Neapolitan pride, explores the wonders of the city, from the most iconic neighborhoods such as the Spanish Quarter and Sanità, to lesser-known but equally significant places such as the Ipogeo dei Cristallini and the Ospedale delle Bambole. A visual story that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness, blending tradition and innovation, superstition and rationality.
The presentation of the new Home shirt took place in the enchanting setting of the Pausilypon Archaeological Park and in the suggestive Grotta di Seiano. The Napoli blue, iconic and loved by the fans, continues to be the dominant color of the uniform for the 2024/2025 season.
The shirt, the result of collaboration with EA7, the club's Global Technical Partner, stands out for its elegant design and attention to retro details, including the V-neck and the 3D SSC Napoli logo patch.
“The new jersey features a sport performance polyester pattern, with a heat-printed design of the iconic 'N' throughout the fabric”, the club explained. “Contrasting details and stretch materials ensure comfort and ergonomics, while a special shield with digital hologram completes the authentic look of the jersey.” The Home shirt will be available to purchase on the club's official online store from 19:26 today.
