For the case of the illegal occupation of the accommodation of the 'Vanvitelli' school in Naples, the Court of Auditors has established that there was no responsibility on the part of the in-house company Napoli Servizi.
The first-instance trial of the accounting court ended with one conviction and four acquittals, including that of Ciro Turiello, general manager of Napoli Servizi.
The accommodation was initially occupied by the caretaker after his retirement and, after his death, by some of his untitled relatives.
To ascertain arrears, Naples Services had requested support to carry out inspections at properties with high levels of arrears, planning 644 checks, of which more than 500 at shops.
