Counterfeit Shoes in Salerno – The Guardia di Finanza of Salerno delivered to the local Committee of the Italian Red Cross over 700 pairs of shoes, previously seized during an anti-counterfeiting operation at the port of Salerno. The goods, coming from Spain and destined for the counterfeit market, had been removed from circulation by the financial police and destined for destruction.
However, at the request of the Fiamme Gialle themselves, the judicial authority authorized the donation, evaluating the usefulness of the shoes for humanitarian purposes and to respond to the needs of the community's most needy citizens. The official delivery took place at the headquarters of the Salerno Group.
