Ready to debut at the Teatro TRAM, the show “Giusti?” is preparing to stimulate the consciences of spectators with a series of performances scheduled from 13 to 15 and from 20 to 22 December 2024. The production, directed by Gianluca Ariemma, finds inspiration in the drama of Albert Camus, offering a narrative of strong impact and deeply provocative.
A Reflection on Justice and Violence
Focused on the ethical dilemmas faced by a group of rioters, “Righteous?” explores the fine line between justice and violence. The plot revolves around an attack on a political leader, which is suspended due to the presence of innocents, raising a crucial question: can violence ever be considered justifiable for a higher purpose? Ariemma’s direction transforms these themes into an intense theatrical experience, thanks also to the performances of Gabriele De Carlo, Giulia Messina and Francesco Ruggiero, recognized for their ability to represent the complex dynamics of the characters.
A Commitment of the Theatre
Following the success of George Orwell’s “Animal Farm,” Ariemma returns with a production that encourages audiences to reflect on fundamental issues. “Righteous?” is described as a provocation that forces viewers to consider the contradictions of justice, hoping to start a deep dialogue on its meaning in the current context. With original music by Marcello Massa and lighting designed by Tommaso Vitiello, the show aims to create an emotional involvement that leads viewers to question their own ideas.
