Since dawn today on the Rome-Naples line via Formia, rail traffic has been slowed between Formia and Monte San Biagio due to a train breakdown at Fondi station which occurred around 5.50am.
Trains, Trenitalia informs, may be subject to delays of up to 90 minutes, limitations, cancellations and changes to the route.

Today the traffic between Rome and Naples suffered some slowdowns that I don't know why they were so long, but it's a serious problem for those who have to travel, I hope it's resolved soon.
It's incredible how every time there are problems with the trains, it's an unsustainable situation for those who use this service daily, punctuality should be a priority for Trenitalia.
I hope that travellers will be compensated in some way for these inconveniences. It is not fair that they have to suffer these situations without any clear explanation from the railway company.
