Stalking and violence in Salerno: mother and daughter stopped by the Carabinieri

Piaggine (SA), 26 March – Mother and daughter have ended up in the sights of justice in Piaggine, in the province of Salerno, accused of stalking a married couple: the Carabinieri of the local station have executed a precautionary order issued by the investigating judge of the court of Vallo della Lucania, imposing restrictive measures on the two women.

These include a ban on approaching the mother with an electronic bracelet and house arrest for the daughter. According to the investigators' reconstruction, the victims were repeatedly persecuted, with episodes of violence that also caused injuries to the wife.

The judicial measure was triggered following a series of reports and investigations that highlighted the seriousness of the situation. Investigations are continuing to shed light on any further incidents and responsibilities.
