I also thank the first aid guys who were behind the stage on the evening of October 11, 118 and an infinite thanks to the cardiologist Rocco Perrotta who intervened the night I was sick, to the entire team of the cardiology department of the Sant'Anna and San Sebastiano hospital in Caserta (UTIC and university cardiology). With this post published on social media, Enzo Gragnaniello informs fans and friends that he has left the hospital in Caserta after the heart attack that struck him at the end of a concert in the square in Camigliano with his band.
