Benevento. He collected from customers the contribution for waste disposal, but he never disposed of the residues of the pyrotechnic activity correctly and with traceable methods.
The Public Prosecutor's Office Benevento he therefore ordered a precautionary seizure of over 642 thousand euros against the administrator of a company that produces and distributes pyrotechnic products.
According to the investigations carried out by the Guardia di Finanza of Benevento, the company, active in Valle Caudina but with a turnover extending throughout Campania between 2020 and 2022, would have collected from its customers the sum seized today as an environmental contribution, which it should have transferred to the consortium responsible for the disposal of waste produced by pyrotechnic articles.
The company director will have to answer for misappropriation.
