Last night the officers of the Police Station Giugliano-Villaricca tracked down and arrested, at a hotel on Via Ripuaria, ML, a 53-year-old Neapolitan, in execution of a prison order.
The provision was issued last October 4th by the Attorney General of the Republic at the Court of Appeal of Naples - Criminal Enforcement Office, as he was sentenced to 8 months in prison and a fine of 300 euros for the crime of violating seals, committed in Quarto in 2007.
The man was not expecting the police to come but he let himself be handcuffed without any problems. He is now locked up in prison.
