From what has been learned and as happens in these cases, there is a request for an immediate trial, once the investigations are concluded, for Alessandro Impagnatiello accused of the murder of Giulia Tramontano, stabbed on May 27 in the couple's home in Senago.
Once all the elements have been collected, the Prosecutor's Office will be able to contest again in the request for immediate, on which the investigating judge will have to express his opinion (with this procedure the preliminary hearing is skipped), the aggravating circumstance of premeditation, excluded in the custody order. The deadline for requesting immediate is 6 months from the precautionary measure.
Proving how perfectly the house was arranged is the shelf of the piece of furniture in which the oven is built, on which the knife holder was found, among which there is also the one used to kill Giulia.
Medicine packages lined up one after the other and the knife holder with the knives arranged in gradations according to the length of the blade, together with a pair of scissors and a potato peeler leaning on the top and the stacked American-style straw services. Even in the apartment nothing is out of order: on the walls a few paintings, including an image of Giulia and Alessandro, on a shelf a series of carefully arranged photos.
