“The SSC Napoli announces that it has definitively acquired the sporting performances of the footballer Jesper Grænge Lindstrom from Eintracht Frankfurt”. With this announcement, the Italian champion club has made official the purchase of the Danish attacking midfielder, the first major purchase of this summer. Born in 2000, Lindstrom was born in Taastrup, Denmark.
After three years at Brondby in his homeland and a double-figure goal scoring season in 2020/21, the midfielder has attracted the attention of big clubs and earned a move to Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany. After just half a season he has become a regular and has contributed to the club’s success in that role alongside Kamada.
In the 2021/22 season with Eintracht he won the Europa League, also playing as a starter in the final won on penalties against Rangers. Last season he scored 7 goals in 27 appearances and also one goal in Champions League.
The Germans were eliminated by Napoli in the round of 16 after having passed the group stage.
