Naples. By order of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples, the State Police arrested a 17-year-old, DS, seriously suspected of the crime of very serious injuries.

The precautionary measure stems from a brutal attack that occurred on the night of May 25th in San Sebastiano al Vesuvio, against a 19-year-old. The victim, during an argument over trivial matters in Piazza Raffaele Capasso, a meeting place for young people, was reached by the 17-year-old and an adult accomplice.
DS, armed with a knife with a curved blade of about 20 cm, struck the victim several times to the shoulder and left cheek, causing a serious permanent disfigurement to his face and a 30-day prognosis.
The adult accomplice had been arrested in May
The accomplice of age he had already been arrested on May 31st, with a custodial remand order issued by the GIP at the Court of Naples.
The arrest of the 17-year-old is a precautionary measure ordered during the preliminary investigation phase. The young man is presumed innocent until a final sentence is reached.
The investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples and conducted by the San Giorgio a Cremano Police Station, allowed the reconstruction of the facts and identification of those responsible for the attack.
The investigative activity was supported by several testimonies and by images from video surveillance cameras present in the area.
