Arpaia. The investigating judge Perrotta of the Court of Benevento, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, released Clemente Maiello, 47 years old from Arpaia.

As you may recall, Maiello had been hit by the precautionary measure of the prohibition of approaching the family home, since according to the investigations he had engaged in violent and humiliating conduct towards his mother, such as to constitute the crime of mistreatment in the family.
Maiello, however, had violated the ban and had gone to the family home and consequently, caught in the act of violating the measure by the police, he was arrested.
The investigating judge, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Fucci, released Maiello from prison.
