The financial police of the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Naples have executed a seizure order issued by the GIP of the Court of Nola, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, for a value exceeding 1,3 million euros.

The measure affected a company based in Acerra, its legal representative and the de facto manager, accused of false declaration.

The investigation began following a tax audit carried out by the Casalnuovo di Napoli Company.

The company, which runs a reception hall in Acerra with a capacity of over 300 people, was subject to scrutiny due to the discrepancy between the declared income, which indicated losses, and the actual turnover.

The latter was much higher, as evidenced by the frequency of events and their publicity on social media. The investigations confirmed this inconsistency.

The preventive seizure, also applied in the form of "equivalent", concerned the illicit profits deriving from the crime. Among the seized assets are sums owed to the tax authorities, but not paid, financial resources, company shares, real estate and land in the provinces of Naples and Brindisi, as well as jewelry and cash.
