Arzano. Local police withdraw over 50 disabled permits. Wide-ranging and blanket checks throughout the territory by the local police of Arzano to monitor disabled permits.
A few days ago, following targeted checks, the officers identified a vehicle with the badge displayed that had fueled the suspicions of the White Helmets about the real user of the pass from the very beginning.
A man, MM, aged 47, was followed and once he had parked the car in via Pecchia and gone to the barber, the white helmets were able to proceed with the check.
The officers, coordinated by Commander Biagio Chiariello, approached the vehicle and noticed that it displayed the same coupon on both the rear and front of the car.
They thus discovered that it was a color photocopy on plasticized cardboard, faithful to the original, noting that it was a reproduction identical to the original with the same photo and number. Noticing the control, the driver approached the municipal police and when asked to show the documents he began to inveigh against them with offensive phrases.
Taken to the barracks, it was discovered that the two permits were a faithful reproduction of an original issued to a family member who was absent on board the car at the time of the check because the officers went to his home and seized it. During the verbalizations it was discovered that the offender was serving a sentence of one year and six months in prison and a suspended sentence for crimes related to narcotics with some members of the "167" group.
The seizure was validated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North and the charges range from the use of a false document which carries a prison sentence of up to two years, to contempt of a public official as provided for by the penal code.
The services, ordered by the commander of the command, will continue without interruption in the coming days to protect one of the weakest categories of road users: people with reduced walking ability, deprived of the sacrosanct right to mobility. The proceedings are still in the preliminary investigation phase and responsibilities will have to be accepted with a final judgment.

What a shame, there are people who unfortunately do not respect even the weakest.
