The regional council of Campania, in today's session, approved, among others, the following measures: memorandum of understanding with the Court of Naples and the Department of Juvenile Justice of the Campania, with which the Campania Region will undertake, through its own regional structures, companies and foundations, to guarantee the performance of public utility work to adult defendants, for the purposes of probation, with a view to maximising the valorisation of the human person within society.

The regional council has approved a protocol that seems like a good thing to me, but I don't know if it will really have a positive impact on the defendants, let's hope it works and isn't just a formality.
