The Regional Administrative Court of Campania has decided to temporarily suspend the revocation of the licenses for the hotel and restaurant business of the famous “La Sonrisa”, also known as the Castle of Ceremonies.
The structure, located in Sant'Antonio Abate, in the Naples area, was at the centre of attention due to its closure, as reported by the mayor of the municipality, Ilaria Abagnale. With the decree issued, the judges established that the revocation of licenses will be suspended until January 9, 2025.
The aim is to allow the continuation of commercial activities related only to events already planned and confirmed hotel reservations. Any other activity not previously organized is excluded.
The Municipality of Sant'Antonio Abate is responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms and monitoring compliance with the provisions indicated in the precautionary measure. This control is essential to ensure correct application of the limits imposed by the suspension of the measures.
