The Campania Regional Administrative Court has decided to temporarily suspend the revocation of the hotel and restaurant licenses of the famous "La Sonrisa," also known as the Castle of Ceremonies.
The facility, located in Sant'Antonio Abate, near Naples, was in the spotlight due to its closure, according to the town's mayor, Ilaria Abagnale . With the decree issued, the judges have ruled that the revocation of the licenses will be suspended until January 9, 2025.
The aim is to allow the continuation of commercial activities related only to events already planned and confirmed hotel reservations. Any other activity not previously organized is excluded.
