The Campania Regional Administrative Court has decided to temporarily suspend the revocation of the hotel and restaurant licenses of the famous "La Sonrisa," also known as the Castle of Ceremonies.
The facility, located in Sant'Antonio Abate, in the Naples area, was at the centre of attention due to its closure, as reported by the mayor of the municipality, Ilaria Abagnale. With the decree issued, the judges established that the revocation of licenses will be suspended until January 9, 2025.
The goal is to allow commercial activities related only to previously scheduled events and confirmed hotel reservations to continue. Any other activities not previously organized are excluded.
The Municipality of Sant'Antonio Abate is responsible for ensuring compliance with these deadlines and monitoring compliance with the provisions set forth in the precautionary measure.
