Seized in a pharmacy in the province of Caserta, 62 rapid antigen tests for professional use only, but detained irregularly.
It was ascertained that the owner of the pharmacy carried out the diagnostic activity in premises lacking the structural and authorization requirements without, moreover, providing for the tracking of the tests carried out since he was not authorized to access the relevant information system.
The operation is part of a control campaign by the NAS Carabinieri on compliance with the Green Pass requirement for access to certain categories of activities and services, in particular with checks also relating to the obligation for workers to possess it.
