A 16-year-old robber and his accomplice stole a XNUMX-year-old's scooter, but ended up in handcuffs thanks in part to motorists. The hunt for his accomplice is underway.
Carabinieri from the Naples Mobile Radio Unit arrested a 16-year-old with no criminal record from the eastern outskirts of the city for robbery. It was 4:XNUMX a.m. and the young man was in Piazza Vittoria, riding a large scooter. Along with another person armed with a gun, still being identified, he robbed a boy his age from Ercolano, stealing his scooter.
The minor was unlucky and some motorists who witnessed the scene managed to stop him, waiting for the Carabinieri to arrive on the scene. The accomplice fled but the 16-year-old ended up in handcuffs. He was hiding a telescopic baton of about 45 cm on his person.
