The seven people arrested at dawn today by the Carabinieri of the Torre Del Greco company who are executing a precautionary custody order between Ponticelli-Barra-San Giovanni a Teduccio and Cercola are accused of mafia-related political electoral exchange.
The order was issued by the investigating judge of the court of Napoli at the request of the Neapolitan DDA.
The seven people who ended up in prison are all accused of political-mafia electoral exchange, criminal association aimed at electoral corruption and possession and carrying of weapons in a public place, crimes aggravated by the mafia method and the aim of facilitating the Camorra-type associations called the Fusco-Ponticelli and De Micco-De Martino clans.
