On Tuesday, February 25th, at 9:00 PM, the Teatro Augusteo in Naples will host the show "Reginella... sono Libero," starring Gianfranco Gallo. The show, described as a "dream" in words and music, will celebrate one of the greatest composers of classical Neapolitan song.
On stage, together with Gallo, Alessia Cacace, Anna Rita Di Pace, Alessia Moio will perform, with musical direction and arrangements by Luigi Esposito. Among the other participants, Marco Castaldo, Dario Franco, Lisa Imperatore, and Ciccio Merolla stand out.
The plot
The narration takes place in a 'non-place', where Libero Bovio, sitting in an armchair, is immersed in a dream on the day of his death, May 26, 1942. A timeless character reveals to him his passing and the important task of evaluating his works to decree their eternal destiny. Bovio's successes include famous songs such as "Tu ca nun chiagne", "Reginella", "Lacreme napulitane" and "Zappatore". 2025 will also mark the centenary of "O Paese d"o sole", written in 1925.

At the end of the show, Gianfranco Gallo will celebrate his 45-year career with the audience, welcoming personalities from the world of Entertainment and Art. Tickets, starting from 20 euros, can be purchased at the theater box office, at authorized sales points and online on platforms such as Ticketone and Bigliettoveloce.

I am interested in this show and I like Gianfranco Gallo, but I don't know if I can go. The tickets are a bit expensive for me and the theater is far from home. I hope it will be a good event.
