The Municipal Police of Lettere, under the orders of Commander Salvatore Giordano, reported to the judicial authorities a 58-year-old man, owner of a land falling within an earthquake zone on which violations of building regulations were detected.
The intervention is part of the activities of territorial control and the fight against illegal building and environmental degradation.
From the investigations carried out it was verified that the construction of some panoramic terraces and an access ramp to connect a private property to the municipal road was underway without any authorization.
The Municipal Police, committed daily to preventing crimes of illegal building, has placed the entire area under preventive seizure, in order to prevent the illegal conduct from being prolonged over time and to prevent the untested concrete structures from being used. The Judicial Authority was informed of the seizure.
