For days, the local police of Ercolano has been paying attention to the illegitimate use of parking permits for vehicles accompanying disabled people.
The first alarm was raised some time ago by the 4th Council Commission of Ercolano chaired by Ciro Santoro, where the President himself, following the new provisions of the Highway Code on the concession for holders of the relevant permits to be able to park on the blue lines, invited and urged the Management of the PL and the delegated Councilor Dr. Luigi Fiengo not to divert attention from the crafty people who could have taken advantage of this concession, especially when the habit of using the permit in the absence of the disabled holder is widespread.
Here there was no shortage of results that between stakeouts and controls allowed for the issuing of incisive sanctions, even a criminal complaint for the counterfeiting of a permit.
I believe I must thank the Local Police Management Dr. Vanacore and his agents; specifies Santoro, as well as Dr. Fiengo Councilor for Local Police, not only because through these operations the right is guaranteed to those who already suffer the discomfort of living with a disability, but they allow to validate the actions and discussions that are addressed and promoted by the commissions, tools that filter the needs of the citizens represented to the relevant managements.
A thank you to the men of the Local Police, underlines the Ass. Luigi Fiengo, because despite the difficulties of an administrative context made of a significant lack of staff, the respect for the territory and the marked sense of duty responds to the needs that healthy politics manifests in favor of the citizens.
Let us remember that the improper use of the disabled parking permit, the use of copies or fakes is punishable as a crime, therefore, those who wish to have such benefits should also choose to take on a valid disability.
