The two Albanian citizens surprised by the Carabinieri late yesterday evening in the streets of Cancello and Arnone, in the Caserta area, had been expelled in March 2019, accompanied to the border.
The two were stopped for a check on board a car, a gray Fiat Punto, which was later found to have been stolen on May 15 in the Naples area. The two men were identified by the military of the Operative and Radiomobile Unit of the Casal di Principe Company and were found to have illegally returned to Italy.
The two Albanians, a forty-five year old and a forty-four year old with previous convictions for crimes against the person and property, were arrested and will have to answer for illegal re-entry into the territory of the State. The man driving the Punto was also reported for receiving stolen goods. They were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority in the security rooms of the Arma.
