Naples. In the past he had already been responsible for stalking his ex-partner, which is why he had been arrested. Last October 13, however, he allegedly violently attacked his new partner, a fellow countrywoman, repeatedly hitting her with kicks and punches until she fainted and causing her serious personal injuries.
For these facts, a Sri Lankan citizen under the age of thirty was arrested by the police, in execution of an order issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the court of Naples. The man is accused of injury serious, aggravated by trivial reasons, to the detriment of the partner.
The investigations, conducted by the Naples Flying Squad and coordinated by the 4th Section of the Prosecutor's Office, have outlined a serious and alarming evidentiary framework. The sources of evidence collected indicate strong evidence against the suspect, who had disappeared after the attack.
