A 71-year-old pensioner was arrested by the Carabinieri of Pimonte on charges of groping an 11-year-old girl. The man, after accompanying his grandson to the playground, allegedly took advantage of a moment of distraction to commit the act.

Thanks to the images recorded by cameras surveillance of the area, the testimonies collected and the analysis of the chats between the young women, the military were able to reconstruct in great detail the dynamics of the incident. The evidence collected led the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata Court to issue an order of house arrest against the 71-year-old.
