Il Court of Milan has officially declared the separation between Mauro Icardi e Wanda Nara, thus ending the marriage between the Argentine footballer and his now ex-wife.
The decision came despite the absence of the showgirl and sports agent at the hearing on March 11. Representing Icardi in court were lawyers Valeria De Vellis and Raffaele Rigitano, while Wanda Nara was assisted by thelawyer Giuseppe Di Carlo.
The ruling marks only the first step in a process that will continue in Italy to define other aspects related to separation, such as patrimonial and family issues. According to what emerges, Icardi would be satisfied with the outcome, since it was he who presented the request for separation to the judges.
The story is part of a long history of constant push and pull, public statements and media tensions that have characterised the relationship between the striker and his ex-wife, often in the spotlight for both her sentimental affairs and those related to the player's football career.
