But the woman's accusations - after a long trial that pilloried the 40-year-old for years Giugliano, Luciano Mallardo defended by the criminal lawyer Luigi Ciocio – , and after a long judicial ordeal, were deemed to be devoid of references to specific facts by the judge of the Court of Naples North (second section Coll. A – President Rossella Marro) for the purposes of a conviction.
To understand the exact judgment of the court, it is necessary to wait for the reasons for the sentence, but already during the hearings it was possible to get an idea of a situation that was far from clear, for which, however, the public prosecutor Lojodice had formulated the request for acquittal.
The accusation – according to the prosecution's lawyer Ciocio – referred to some episodes recounted by the woman, who during their marriage, which later ended in separation, allegedly suffered maniacal checks on her cell phone, violent verbal and physical aggression, which however she was unable to place in time.
Therefore, after the speeches of the well-known criminal lawyer, the judge acquitted Mallardo of all charges. He had also had to suffer the shame of the measure of the prohibition of approaching the injured party.
Two years after the complaint and the application of the coercive measure, justice has finally been done to a defamatory accusation made by the ex-wife MM against her now ex-husband.
