The award was madecontract for the structural and plant adaptation to the new regulations and Ansfisa requirements of the Old Circumflegrea Gallery Vomero.
The regulatory adaptation to the new railway safety standards will also be extended to the Galleria Nuova Vomero together with the modernization and re-functionalization of the Piave station. This was announced in a note by Eav.

The overall implementation will allow the two former Circumflegrea and Cumana railway lines to be managed with train frequencies equal to the operation of a city subway. The completion of the works has been set at a total of three years with the first openings of the doubled sections between Pianura and Quarto by the end of 2023.
