This afternoon, an 8-year-old boy died for reasons still under investigation. He was at school, in an institute in Sant'Antonio Abate.
The young victim was called Giovanni and the tragedy occurred in the Antonio De Curtis educational club.
The little boy reportedly felt ill during a physical education lesson. Taken by ambulance, he died at the hospital in Castellammare di Stabia. Investigations underway by the Carabinieri of the Castellammare di Stabia company.
The military immediately visited the school to seek all the evidence to the witnesses' accounts and to understand in detail what happened.
The Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office has ordered the seizure of the body and has ordered an autopsy at the same time as opening an investigation file currently against unknown persons.
