This morning in Cardito the Carabinieri intervened – alerted by 112 – in via I Maggio following a report of gunshots that probably occurred at night.
10 7,62×39 caliber bullets were found and seized on the road surface. Some bullets damaged the shutters of two commercial premises.
Investigations underway by the Carabinieri of the investigative unit of Castello di Cisterna and the Caivano company.

The military interviewed the owners of the two damaged businesses and each reported that they had never received threats or extortion requests and therefore could not explain the reasons for the shooting.
The military is examining the images from some private cameras in the area.
