The Court of Appeal of Naples (12th section) has revoked the house arrest issued against Maria Bosti, daughter of Patrizio Bosti (defended by the lawyer Raffaele Chiummariello) at the head of the Contini clan, a Camorra organization that is part of the so-called Secondigliano Alliance.
Maria Bosti was subjected to precautionary measures (first in prison and then under house arrest) for almost two years. She was arrested in December 2021 while she and her husband Luca Esposito (currently under house arrest) were about to go to Dubai for the Christmas holidays.
The husband and wife were accused of bribing a public official (a doctor) who agreed to issue false certificates of negativity to Covid.
