The Police Chief of Naples, on the proposal of the Municipal Police - Security Department - Local Police Service - Social Emergencies and Minors Protection Unit - PG Unit of Napoli, has ordered the suspension for 5 days of the activity of serving food and drinks to the public at a bar in via Girolamo Giusso.
In particular, on the evening of December 2, the Local Police officers had noticed two boys, born in 2007, who were buying alcoholic beverages, without the shopkeeper asking them for an identification document despite their physical characteristics showing their minor age. The operators, therefore, had identified and administratively sanctioned the owner of the aforementioned business for having served alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age.
The measure, carried out last evening, is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
