On Tuesday 3 October at 18 pm in Naples, in the Auditorium of Porta del Parco di Bagnoli, a meeting with citizens will be held on the exercise “EXE Flegrei 2024”.
The heads of the regional and municipal Civil Protection and the Municipalities involved will be present. During the meeting, the planned activities and the methods of participation will be presented.
From 9 to 12 October, the national exercise for volcanic risk will take place at Campi Flegrei, involving citizens who wish to participate in testing the methods of assisted removal from waiting areas to meeting areas, as foreseen by the municipal plan and the regional removal planning.
The exercise will be preceded, on 5 and 6 October, by a communication activity to the population through information gazebos positioned in strategic points of the Municipalities affected by the Plan.
The objective of the exercise is to verify the plan for assisted removal of the population from the red zone in the event of an alarm for a possible eruption and, in general, to publicize the National Plan for Volcanic Risk in Campi Flegrei. Furthermore, on Friday 11 October at 17 pm, the sending of the IT-alert message (national public alert system) to those who will be in the Campania region will be tested.
