The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, attended the event “Doni di Natale” at the Quirinale this afternoon, a social initiative dedicated to children during the Christmas holidays.
During the meeting, the Head of State welcomed children from family homes, selected by Rome Capital, as well as young patients from the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital. The little guests were offered a snack, along with Christmas gifts.
Mattarella also met with representatives of the organizations involved in the event, underlining the importance of initiatives that support young people and their families.
