Kai Dausel, the 53-year-old German woman's partner, was stopped by the Carabinieri of the Agropoli Company, with the support of the military of the Operations Department of the Provincial Command of Salerno, on a warrant from the Public Prosecutor's Office Lucania Valley.
Dausel, who will soon be transferred to prison, has always been the main suspect for the brutal murder that took place on October 15 in Ogliastro Marina, a hamlet of Castellabate. The turning point came thanks to a complex investigative activity based on declarative, documentary and scientific elements, with an autopsy consultation still in progress.
Among the evidence collected by the RIS of Rome at the couple's home, a blood trace attributable to Nowak found on a fence post suggests that the killer may have left and returned from the house on Via Arena through the back.
Surveillance cameras played a crucial role, showing a man with a similar build to Dausel on the property, as well as confirmed voice evidence.
The investigation continues to clarify the motive for the murder. It has emerged that the relationship between Dausel and Nowak was no longer idyllic, even if there were no previous episodes of violence. Among the hypotheses, an economic motive is considered, given that Silvia had significant financial availability.

This article is very interesting, but there are many things that are not clear. Why was Dausel stopped only now? The investigation should be faster, but apparently it is not. Also the issue of the blood trail is strange.
