The attacker of MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli, involved in the attack two days ago in Forcella, will be released from prison but remains under investigation. The Naples preliminary investigations judge has ruled that Emmanuele Frezza, the young man involved, will face the investigation without precautionary measures in prison.
Initially imprisoned in Poggioreale, the 26-year-old was arrested after the incident that occurred in the Forcella neighborhood last Saturday.
Frezza, assisted by lawyers Bernardo Scarfò and Annamaria Trivoluzzi, is accused of contempt and resistance to a public official, in addition to the injuries suffered by the deputy Borrelli and a doctor. Despite his release, the legal proceedings against him continue.

It's incredible how things develop like this, a young man who attacks a parliamentarian and then gets out of prison. I don't understand how the justice system works, if someone does something like that shouldn't he stay in prison?
