The attacker of the parliamentarian Francesco Emilio Borrelli, involved in theaggression of two days ago in Forcella will be released from prison but remains under investigation at large. The judge for preliminary investigations of Napoli established that Emmanuel Frezza, the young man involved, will have to face the investigations without precautionary measures in prison.
Initially imprisoned in Poggioreale, the 26-year-old was arrested after the incident that occurred in the Forcella neighborhood last Saturday.
Frezza, assisted by lawyers Bernardo Scarfò and Annamaria Trivoluzzi, is accused of contempt and resistance to a public official, in addition to the injuries suffered by the deputy Borrelli and a doctor. Despite his release, the legal proceedings against him continue.

It's incredible how things develop like this, a young man who attacks a parliamentarian and then gets out of prison. I don't understand how the justice system works, if someone does something like that shouldn't he stay in prison?
