An act of vandalism hit the actor and director Marco D'Amore, known for his role as Cyrus DiMarzio in the television series Gomorrah. The actor's car, a Smart, was found wrecked in San Nicola la Strada, the actor's country of origin.

The incident occurred between via Milano and via Torino, where the car was completely dismantled. Several mechanical and electronic components were taken away, leaving the car unrecognizable.
D'Amore filed a complaint with the local police station, which began an investigation to identify those responsible for this theft.
