Napoli. This morning the officers of the Secondigliano Police Station, personnel of the Secondigliano Operational Unit of the Local Police, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office, the Mobile Department and personnel of Enel, carried out an extraordinary service of territorial control in the neighborhood of San Pietro a Patierno and in particular in via Agello and in piazza Guarino.
During the operation, 95 people were identified, 30 of whom had a police record, 62 vehicles were checked, 2 of which were subjected to administrative seizure for lack of insurance coverage and 2 violations of the Highway Code were contested for failure to display circulation documents.
In via Agello, the operators carried out an inspection at a mechanical workshop where they reported the owner for illegal disposal of special waste and administratively fined him for failure to register in the register of artisans, for lack of health authorization and for incorrect waste disposal in violation of the mayoral ordinance; furthermore, they fined an employee for not having a green certification (so-called “green pass”).
Finally, the oily substances present on the road surface adjacent to the workshop were removed and the condition of the places was restored to facilitate the safe transit of pedestrians.
