Despite being regularly employed, the employees received wages lower than those provided for by the national collective agreement and operated in violation of the rules on working hours and safety.

The investigation also uncovered a particularly serious case: the entrepreneur allegedly employed a minor in exploitative conditions, assigning her demanding tasks and violating protections regarding working hours and the safety of young workers. She was also allegedly paid below contractual standards.
