"There are users who ask for 100 euros and commercial companies that ask for damages of thousands of euros". This is what the Neapolitan lawyer says Angelo Pisani, regarding the problems that have been affecting Libero and Virgilio email users for several days.

“We ask for immediate intervention by the competent authorities and institutions – says Pisani, president of Noi Consumatori – together with the recognition of the fair and corresponding compensation or damages suffered by the users who are joining, via social media, for one of the largest maxi class actions on the matter”.

“The damage is incalculable,” Pisani concludes, “we are faced with a clear violation of a fundamental right. Users have been abandoned, without any explanation or assistance.”
