Receiving stolen goods in Castellammare, two people reported 

Car stolen from Cicciano found on the outskirts of Castellammare thanks to GPS.

Yesterday morning, the officers of the Castellammare di Stabia Police Station, during the territorial control service, on the orders of the Operations Center, intervened in via traversa Lattaro in Castellammare following a report from an employee of a vehicle tracking company who, thanks to the GPS system, had located near a warehouse the car that had been stolen from one of their customers the previous day in Cicciano.

The police officers, arriving on the scene, entered the area where they surprised three people who, at the sight of them, fled; furthermore, they found the reported car with the engine dismantled, various material for dismantling vehicles and two jammers.

The operators tracked down the tenant of the building who said he had subcontracted the premises to a person who, shortly after, arrived on site; the officers recognized the latter as one of the three people who, shortly before, had fled.

Two 36-year-olds with criminal records, one from Castellammare di Stabia and the other from Santa Maria la Carità, were reported for receiving stolen goods.
