13 new hires began work today at the Municipality of Caivano. The new units were selected by the Ripam Interministerial Commission at the request of the Extraordinary Commission, established in Caivano shortly after the dissolution of the Municipal Council.
The new hires, all graduates, were welcomed by the Extraordinary Commissioners Filippo Dispenza, Simonetta Calcaterra and Maurizio Alicandro, together with the coordinator of the Civil Service and Formez task force, Alfonso Migliore.
In welcoming the new collaborators, the Extraordinary Commission expressed great satisfaction with their professional qualities.
The Commissioners also assured the new recruits of their support in carrying out their new functions, including a period of training.
Finally, they recommended them to act for the common good and to apply the law with transparency and impartiality, in order to guarantee the citizens of Caivano all essential public services.
The hiring of new staff represents an important step in strengthening the municipal administration of Caivano, which in recent years has suffered from a serious shortage of human resources.
The goal is to improve the quality of services offered to citizens and to make the administrative machine more efficient and transparent.
The new team is composed of:
5 social workers

Support activities for the investigations on the regularization of municipally owned housing in Parco Verde
Soon, the municipal administrative machine will be further strengthened with the arrival of:
